There was a family of four, two parents, a brother, and a sister. They were always looking for new activities to do on the weekend. One weekend, the family decided to make healthy drinks and smoothies for the kids. 

The parents took out all ingredients needed to make smoothies and drinks, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt, and juice. They also had a blender ready to go. The kids were very excited to help out with the activity. 

The parents and kids started by singing some songs. Then, they sang “Let It Go” from Frozen, “Baby Shark,” and “Wheels on the Bus.” The kids had fun singing and dancing to the melodies. 

After singing, the kids took turns picking out what ingredients they wanted to use in the smoothies and drinks. Next, they carefully measured the ingredients and added them to the blender. Then, the parents turned on the blender, and the kids watched as their healthy drinks and smoothies were blended. 

The final product was delicious! The parents and kids enjoyed drinking their healthy drinks and smoothies together. 

The story’s moral is that making healthy drinks and smoothies can be a fun bonding activity for the whole family. In addition, it’s an excellent way for kids to enjoy healthy, nutritious foods.
