- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- With the BBQ sauce mixture, brush the chicken breasts on both sides.
- Place chicken on your grill and cook for five to eight minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked in the center.
- Brush the chicken with additional BBQ sauce during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
- Remove the chicken from the grill. You can let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve the BBQ chicken hot with your favorite sides.
