Start your day with a fresh creamy blend of natural yogurt, cherries, and banana. Using fresh and frozen cherries is up to you in preparing this delicious healthy smoothie to enjoy as breakfast or on a sunny day. Of course, your kids will love it too. 

Ingredients

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

150g natural yogurt

300g frozen or fresh cherries washed

One large banana peeled and sliced

50ml cold water

Method

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. You can adjust the thickness to your liken if it is too thick.
