Ingredients:
Six ice cubes
One banana or frozen banana
One mango or frozen mango
300ml orange juice
Method
- Wash mango and banana in clean water
- Peel mango and banana and cut them into chunks
- Place mango, banana, and ice, and pour in orange juice into a blender
- Blend until smooth
Options:
- Alternate the orange juice with pineapple juice or pineapple chunks.
- You can choose not to add ice during the wintertime
- Substitute banana with watermelon
- Adults can add ginger, lemon, or lime
