Vitamin Booster Smoothie

We all love a vitamin boost as we journey through doing the things we love and enjoy. This fresh and bright smoothie packed with carrot, orange, mango, and celery will give you the needed boost to make your day. 

Ingredients

200m water

Two sticks of celery cut

One orange peeled and cut

One carrot peeled and cut

One mango peeled and cut

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender, add water, and blend until smooth.

Even adults can learn from kids because kids know how to live their best lives. Ask your kids how.
