Vanilla cake in a cup

What you need: 

• ⅓ cup butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• Two eggs
• 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1¼ Cup Milk
• ¼ Teaspoon baking soda

1. In a clean bowl, add butter and sugar, mix until moist and light.
2. Add vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time and mix.
3. Add flour, baking soda, and milk, mix until smooth.
4. Ask mum or dad to preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
5. Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners
6. Add the batter into the cupcake liners.
7. hand over to mum or dad to place in the oven
8. Look at your timer for 15-20mins; ask mum or dad to insert a toothpick into your cupcakes. If the toothpick comes out clean, your cupcakes are done and ready to enjoy.
9. But first, let them cool for a few minutes in the pan before you take them out.

Put on your sunglass and your beach hat, hand over the cupcakes to mum or dad, and whisper these words ” Bon appetit.”
