Banana & Mango Smoothie

Enjoy this fresh and fruity smoothie with the whole family on a sunny day. 

Ingredients:

Six ice cubes

One banana or frozen banana

One mango or frozen mango

300ml orange juice

Method

  • Wash mango and banana in clean water
  • Peel mango and banana and cut them into chunks
  • Place mango, banana, and ice, and pour in orange juice into a blender
  • Blend until smooth

Options:

  • Alternate the orange juice with pineapple juice or pineapple chunks.
  • You can choose not to add ice during the wintertime
  • Substitute banana with watermelon
  • Adults can add ginger, lemon, or lime
