We are passionate about teaching kids values and empathy through our Timeless Stories.
Ivrydbook is for the whole family to enjoy. Our stories are aimed at ages 0 -11 years. All our stories are written in-house. We have been giving free stories since January 2000. We also tell some of the best-known children’s stories from history that we grew up with to showcase imaginations and excellent narrations.
Everything you see on this site is original and ranges from Original Stories, folktales, classic authors, myths, and world stories. In addition, we create a selection of sweet, charming, fun, and enchanting stories and activities that appeal to young children.
Our stories are unique, fun, magical, empowering, and creative. So please pay attention to them to learn an inspiring lesson or two.
Guess what?!
Once upon a time, when Gods walked among men. THEY still do! And some animals in our stories will talk and not be cuddly or cute.
Target Age Group
In addition, we have nursery stories, rhymes for preschool, and folktales from across cultures. Older children and adults enjoy our stories as they read to their kids, siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Feedback
We have a comment section on each page that works on a first-name/username-only basis to ensure privacy – we moderate the comments before they are published.
Writing Competitions
Sometimes we will ask our young readers to send in their own stories. We usually pick three out of the best to read on Ivrydbook and sometimes offer other prices from sponsors. This encourages young readers to be creative and helps them understand that we all have the talent to write. All we need to do is poke that little genius within us called imagination and be creative.
Business Model
Our stories are free to use in schools and at home, but we charge a reasonable monthly/annual subscription fee for members and apps.
